Ruiz Report LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), operating the David's Men service, operates the David's Men mobile application ("App") and the David's Men admin dashboard ("Dashboard"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our service.

By using the App or Dashboard, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2.2 Information Collected Through Third-Party Sign-In

When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive limited profile information from the provider:

Google Sign-In: Name, email address, profile picture (if available).

We request only basic profile information. We do not request access to your Google contacts, calendar, drive, or any other Google service data. Our use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Apple Sign In: Name (provided on first sign-in only), email address (or Apple's private relay email if you choose "Hide My Email").

We fully support Apple's "Hide My Email" feature. If you choose to hide your email, we receive and use only the private relay address provided by Apple.

4.1 Within Your Group (Accountability Model)

Your group members (5–8 men in your accountability group) and group leader can see your:

4.2 With Program Administrators

Cohort leaders and location admins can view member progress data for the groups they manage, for program oversight purposes.

4.3 With Third-Party Service Providers

5. Data Storage and Security

5.1 Where Your Data Is Stored

Your data is stored on servers operated by Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure in the United States). The application is hosted on Vercel. File uploads (avatars, group photos) are stored in Supabase Storage or compatible cloud storage.

5.2 Security Measures

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), encrypted storage at rest, secure token storage on mobile devices, and provider-managed authentication. Access controls ensure users can only see data they are authorized to access.

5.3 No Guarantee

While we take reasonable precautions, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

6. Data Retention

6.1 Active Accounts

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service.

6.2 Deleted Accounts

When you delete your account through the App:

When a cohort ends or is deactivated, progress data associated with that cohort is retained for historical purposes. Personal profile data remains as long as the account is active.

7. Your Rights and Choices

7.1 Access and Update Your Data

You can view and update your profile information (name, email, avatar, notification preferences) at any time through the App settings.

7.2 Delete Your Account

You can delete your account at any time through the App settings. See Section 6.2 for what happens when you delete your account.

7.3 Control Notifications

You can enable or disable push notifications and set your preferred reminder time in the App settings. You can also manage notifications through your device's system settings.

7.4 OAuth Provider Controls

You can revoke the App's access to your Google or Apple account at any time through your provider's account settings:

Revoking OAuth access will prevent you from signing in with that provider but will not delete your David's Men account.

7.5 Additional Rights

Depending on your location, you may have additional rights regarding your personal data (such as rights under CCPA or GDPR), including the right to know what data we collect, request deletion, or request a copy of your data. The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete that information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy within the App or on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
